In 2019, Andrew Constance MP and the NSW government began scrapping marine protections in the Batemans Marine Park. With no consultation of the community, Yuin Native Title holders, the scientific community or the marine park’s own advisory body - this short-sighted political decision threatens the future of our marine life.
