Learning Activities

• KIDS ACTIVITIES
  Parents and teachers are welcome to use these fun activities or modify them to suit their children’s abilities. They start with the easiest (numbered 1) and get more difficult.


• DANGEROUS ANIMALS
  Luckily not many animals on our shores are poisonous or fierce. It is always best for you and the animal if you look and don’t touch.


• WHAT IS IT
  See if you can find these common animals and plants on a rocky ocean shore near you. Please make sure to leave the shore exactly as you find it. If you turn over a rock put it back carefully and quickly the way it was and leave animals and plants where you find them.

NCMG's Education Program

• To actively promote the protection and understanding of coastal, estuarine and marine environments in the Eurobodalla area.


• To provide education programs for NCMG members in a variety of marine fields including bringing members in line with the OH&S knowledge and police checks needed to act as support people for Marine Park Staff and school staff.


• To inform and educate the Eurobodalla and wider communities about the marine environment in the Batemans Marine Park area.


• To develop a positive working relationship with other organizations delivering marine education in Eurobodalla and the wider education field in NSW and beyond.
